UCAS Application

I applied to 5 different universities using UCAS because after doing my own research most people in the Gaming industry have spent either 3 or more years at university or the same amount of time balancing their small jobs and their career practice.

After finding this out I decided I would rather spend my time at university practising then attempt to balance full-time work and my practice. I used the UCAS map view option on their search page to find universities near me and then looked on each individual websites at their courses and course information.

PS UNI #1

My personal statement is the first thing an employer or a university and therefore must not contain any mistakes and argue to the reader why I should be chosen for their job or course. I have used some spelling and grammar checkers to make sure my mistakes are changed along with getting someone else to read my writing.

Making Portfolio’s

I’ve created 2 online portfolios on different sites so I am more likely to be seen by other professionals and large companies. The websites I have used to create and post these portfolios are Art station, which is a professional art website containing jobs and weekly art challenges, along with Deviant Art where artists can share and sell their artwork.
